Refund Policy

Tachograph AI is operated by Has Korkmaz Teknoloji Ltd. Şti., Istanbul, Turkey. All orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.

Refund requests. You may submit a refund request within 14 days of the transaction date via paddle.net or the link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle decides each request at its sole discretion and may consider the nature of the service, the reason for the request, account usage and our Terms of Service. Paddle may approve a full or partial refund or decline the request.

Free trial. You can cancel at any time during the free trial and will not be charged.

Cancellation. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No refunds or credits are given for the remaining days of that period, except where Paddle approves a refund request as described above.

Your rights. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
